Alleyoop
As part of an ongoing engagement with Alleyoop, a fast-growing beauty brand, the team needed support aligning internally around mission, vision, values, and company-wide priorities. We designed and facilitated a full-day offsite to support this alignment—combining pre-surveys, strategic planning, brand exercises, a quarterly business update, team bonding, and guest-led programming. The success of the offsite deepened the collaboration, leading to an expanded scope that included fractional Chief of Staff support, executive + team coaching, and the creation of the brand’s first formal feedback and review system. The work helped strengthen internal cohesion, improve communication across functions, and lay the groundwork for more intentional scaling. A strong example of how strategic facilitation—when paired with deeper brand and team work—can catalyze culture, clarity, and operational growth.

Runyon Group is a full-service real estate firm based in Los Angeles and New York, known for transformative retail developments including Platform in Culver City and The Post in Montecito. They reached out for support designing and facilitating a founders offsite to align their team on short- and long-term business goals.
The session combined strategic planning with team alignment and visioning. Following the retreat, we delivered a comprehensive business roadmap—including purpose, mission, values, strategic priorities, timelines, and success metrics. The engagement helped solidify leadership alignment and gave the team a framework to move forward with clarity and cohesion.
CSL Group


CSL Group is a Canadian-based global leader in marine dry bulk shipping, operating the world’s largest fleet of self-unloading vessels.
As part of a broader initiative to support employee wellness and organizational culture, CSL partnered with us to design and facilitate a virtual workshop for their U.S. team. The goal was to help employees navigate work-life integration while fostering alignment around the company’s values of collaboration, respect, and engagement.
The engagement began with a custom survey to surface team needs and pain points. That data informed a tailored 90-minute workshop—Work, Life + Wellness—which offered practical tools for balancing personal values with professional goals. Delivered in a large-group webinar format, the session helped spark a company-wide conversation about sustainable growth, motivation, and mindful productivity.
