UCLA Alumni Affairs
As part of UCLA’s Alumni Affairs programming, I was invited to develop and lead a panel on the evolving landscape of coaching. The event was designed for alumni navigating career shifts, seeking clarity around personal growth, or exploring the next chapter of their professional lives. I curated the panel participants, created the session flow, deck architecture, and core messaging—ensuring the experience felt both educational and emotionally resonant.
This is one of several speaking engagements that blend narrative clarity with accessible insight, helping people make meaning in transitional moments. These talks often serve as a bridge to deeper work—through coaching, workshops, or content collaboration.
Soho House
We partnered with Soho House—a global membership club for creatives and entrepreneurs—to bring The Reset x Back to Work(shop) to life for a community of ambitious women seeking clarity and reinvention. Offered in two cohorts—first at Holloway House and later at Soho Works West Hollywood—the four-part in-person workshop series guided participants through a reflective and intentional reset.
Each session built on the last, combining storytelling, group exercises, journaling prompts, and community dialogue to help individuals reconnect with themselves and their ambitions—beyond the roles they’ve outgrown. The facilitated format created space for deep insight, renewed confidence, and meaningful next steps, all grounded in purpose and community.
The Well Lived Woman

As the featured speaker at The Well Lived Woman’s Well-Connected event, we designed and facilitated a 90-minute interactive session exploring the relationship between work, life, and wellness. The gathering brought together a group of purpose-driven women to reflect on alignment, ambition, and sustainable growth—both personally and professionally.
The session combined breathwork, journaling, and guided conversation using a high-level framework to help participants assess their commitments and reconnect with their core values. Attendees left feeling more rooted, reflective, and recharged—with practical prompts and questions to carry forward in both life and work.
